DomiSource “Stanley Cooler Giveaway” Sweepstakes
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.
2. SPONSOR
DomiSource, Inc. (“Sponsor”), 223 63rd Street, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23451.
3. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are (a) eighteen (18) years of age or older and (b) currently enrolled in, or have been accepted to, a U.S. college, university, community college, trade school, or accredited certification program at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family/household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins July 1st and then each Saturday through the month of July 12:00:01 AM ET and ends each Friday11:59:59 PM ET through the month of July 2025 (“Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device.
5. HOW TO ENTER
During the Entry Period, visit https://prelaunch.domisource.com/stanley-cooler-giveaway and fully complete the online entry form (name, valid e-mail address, school, and date of birth). Limit one (1) entry per person/e-mail address for the entire Entry Period, regardless of method.
Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”): Hand-print your full name, postal address, phone number, e-mail address, date of birth, and name of school on a 3″ x 5″ card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: Stanley Cooler Giveaway, DomiSource, Inc. 223 63rd Street, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23451. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the Entry Period end date and received within five (5) days thereafter.
Entries that are late, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, misdirected, or forged are void.
6. PRIZE / APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”)
One (1) Grand Prize:
1 × Stanley Easy-Carry Outdoor Cooler (16 qt) – ARV $80 Stanley 1913
Total ARV of prize package: $100 USD. Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable.
7. ODDS
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
On or about each Friday in the month of July 2025, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries to select one (1) potential winner. Potential winner will be notified via the e-mail address supplied at entry (or via telephone for AMOE entrants) and must respond within forty-eight (48) hours. Potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release (where lawful), and IRS Form W-9 within seven (7) days of notification. Noncompliance or return of any notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
9. TAXES
Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs not specifically stated herein.
10. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited, acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s permission for Sponsor and its agents to use winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, biographical information, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media worldwide without further payment or consideration.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & RELEASE
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Stanley 1913 and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (“Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation or receipt or use/misuse of any prize. Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete, misaddressed, or misdirected entries; (ii) errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, or defects in operations or transmission; (iii) theft or destruction of, unauthorized access to, or alterations of entry materials; or (iv) any injury or damage to persons or property.
12. DISPUTES / GOVERNING LAW
Entrant agrees that all disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Entrant agrees to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Virginia Beach, VA. Entrant waives the right to participate in a class-action or jury trial.
13. PRIVACY
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (see domisource.com/privacy). Personal information will be used for administering the Sweepstakes and for marketing only with entrant’s consent or as permitted by law.
14. WINNER LIST
For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Winner List – Stanley Cooler Giveaway, DomiSource, Inc. 223 63rd Street, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23451. Requests must be received by September 30th, 2025.
15. MISCELLANEOUS
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules and to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should any cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Stanley or any other third-party. All trademarks are property of their respective owners.
